Doesn't fit? We’ll take care of you. Just fill out the contact form below using the same email address you used to complete the purchase, or email us by using the following CONTACT FORM to request a Return Authorization Form. Once you receive your Return Authorization, send your purchase back to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we'll ship out your exchange order right away! 

Returns

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, send back your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. We’ll notify you when the product is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. 

FITS offers FREE RETURNS for customers located within the USA on products that are over $150.00 USD in their value.  Unfortunately, we do not cover any return or exchange shipping for international orders.
