Earning Points

Explore the “Ways to Earn” section to discover how members can accumulate points to unlock rewards and advance through the tiers.

Points Expiration

Points will expire after a 12-month period of inactivity. If a member neither earns nor redeems points within the specified period, their points will reset to zero. Members can track their points and expiration date by logging into their account.

Example Cases:

A member joins the FITS Fans program on September 30, 2024.

Case A: A member earns points on October 4, 2024. Points will expire on April 4, 2025.

Case B: A member does not earn or redeem any points during the year. Points will expire on March 30, 2025.

Case C: A member redeems points on December 7, 2024. Points will expire on June 7, 2025.

Members who remain active within the 6-month period will have their points' expiration date updated based on their most recent activity.

Rewards

Redeemable Rewards

Members can redeem points for rewards once they have accumulated enough. Points can be spent on various redeemable rewards listed within the program. Members may redeem rewards through the "Rewards" widget or account dashboard.

VIP Perks & Rewards

Aside from the redeemable rewards, members who progress through the VIP tiers unlock exclusive, advanced perks and rewards. These benefits are automatically awarded upon reaching higher tiers. Members may access the rewards through the "Rewards" widget or account dashboard.

Reward Expiration

Rewards earned through both redeemable points and VIP tiers will expire 12 months after they are received.

Entry Method

Members can join by signing up for a FITS account. As part of the FITS community, members will automatically level up through the tiers based on the points earned through the program.

Program Start Date

The program begins as soon as a FITS account is created. New members will start in the base tier (FITS Fan), with the opportunity to advance through the tiers by earning points.

Tier Progress Expiry

Rolling Year

Members have 12 months from the date they enter a tier to progress to the next one. If the required points aren’t earned within this period, progress resets. This means members must begin accumulating the required points for the next tier from zero, based on their activity in the new 12-month cycle.

Example Scenario:

Tiers: FITS Fan ($0), Yellow Ribbon ($200), Red Ribbon ($500), Blue Ribbon ($800)

A member reaches the Yellow Ribbon tier on September 1, 2024. They have until September 1, 2025, to spend $500 and reach the Red Ribbon tier. If they do not meet this requirement by September 1, 2025, their progress resets. They remain in the Yellow Ribbon tier but must start from zero to progress to the Red Ribbon tier.

Note: Members are not downgraded to a lower tier upon expiry. They remain in their current tier but must accumulate the required points from zero to reach the next level.
