Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding normal holidays. Please do not send any item to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number which will be provided to you by our office together with the mailing address to send the item to. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date, must be in unused condition with all tags, and returned in the same packaging as received. 

If you purchased the item from one of our retailers and require a return or exchange please contact the retailer directly.
