We strive to produce the best quality product and welcome your feedback.  If you purchased an item(s) from this website and would like to return or exchange it please contact us HERE. Please note the Wunderbreech is not returnable due to the nature of the item.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding normal holidays. Please do not send any item to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number which will be provided to you by our office together with the mailing address to send the item to. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date, must be in unused condition with all tags, and returned in the same packaging as received. In addition, to qualify for return or exchange the item must be free of any marks or stains.

Gift Cards or Free Included Products: Free products such as “free gift cards” or “free products with a specific purchase” that were earned as a result of promotions or other sales are valid only if the originally purchased paid goods are not returned/refunded such as to cancel the original order where the free product was earned.

FITS offers FREE RETURNS for customers located within the USA on products that are over $150.00 USD.
